How much is shipping and how long will it take?
Free shipping. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 7–12 business days.
We ship directly from our international warehouses outside the UK. Carriers may vary depending on the destination and the product. Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow the delivery. Average delivery time to the UK is 7–12 business days.
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Order Returns
You have 30 days to return eligible items in their original condition with tags and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened or used candles, diffusers, or home fragrances; custom-made or personalized décor items; and clearance or final-sale products (if stated at the time of purchase).
If the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping is free. For change of mind (wrong size, not suitable, etc.), you cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of your return.
Yes, you can exchange for another size, colour or item by contacting our support team.
